Audiovisual Technology Center is a meeting and integration place for the filmmaker, television and multimedia society. The institution cooperates with many partners, both local and nation-wide.
Audiovisual Technology Center organizes events that spread culture and film art, making them more accessible for the audience and nurturing an interest in these fields. Presentations that have been held here include events devoted to the culture of specific countries, like the Japanese Evening and the Indian Evening with the Indian Film Festival.
The institution is also a partner of cultural events, such as the Lower Silesia Film Acting Festival, the Dialog International Theatre Festival, the Musica Polonica Nova polish modern music festival, the „Kręci Cię Wrocław? Kręć Wrocław” contest, the „Wrocław Miasto Spotkań” Polish Film Contest, or the Polish Children’s’ Animated Film Festival „halo-echo”, among others.
Audiovisual Technology Center is also economically active in estate leasing and rental, advertising and promotion, organizing coaching, courses and workshops, as well as exhibitions and conferences. The income gained from such activities is used to fulfill institution’s statute activities.
